My practice is trauma-informed, focused on validating each person’s unique experience while gently providing the tools needed for growth and recovery. With training in EMDR, I specialize in helping clients process trauma and build resilience. I am proud to offer affirming, inclusive care to individuals exploring their gender identity and sexual orientation.
Through our work together, my goal is to help you regain a sense of safety, empower your healing, and guide you toward rediscovering strength within yourself.
