My patients are real people with real struggles. Some have experienced unspeakable traumas in their past and some are struggling to get through their day. They come from all different seasons in life but share a common goal of desiring a fuller, healthier, and happier life.
It is my goal to help hurting people. I specialize in trauma. I enjoy working to strengthen secure attachments with protective caregivers and their children. I am trained in trauma focused modalities, including but not limited to EMDR. I have extensive experience working with all ages from three years old and up.
It takes a lot of courage to make yourself vulnerable by going to counseling. It is a choice that I do not take lightly and am encouraged by your bravery to begin this journey to wellness. I look forward and am honored to be embarking on this journey with you.
