I am passionately committed to supporting youth, young girls, and women to navigate the complexities of health (sexual, age, development, etc), fertility struggles, and sexual and reproductive trauma and complications from such traumas. I utilize mindfulness and somatic interventions to explore and restore bodily autonomy while also engaging in traditional psychotherapeutic interventions while incorporating a person-in-environment perspective.
Outside of my specialty, I have experience working in mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and sports/ artistic performance. My background is in social work/psychotherapy as well as art and dance, creating a diverse range of support systems with which my clients can engage.
