I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I specialize in working with teenagers who struggle with anxiety related disorders. I operate from a Cognitive Behavioral theoretical lens, which encourages clients to investigate the relationship between their thoughts and behaviors, with an emphasis on core beliefs and personal narratives.
I have an interest in Mindfulness-based counseling, which incorporates meditation, breathing exercises, and body scanning. The approach taken will vary depending on the presenting concerns.
