Che LeSeur is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and licensed since 1999. Che is of mixed background, African-American and West Indian descent. Che earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1990. She later earned her Master of Social Work degree in 1994 from San Diego State University. She later earned her Master of Psychology degree in 2006 from Alliant International University, CSPP with a clinical psychology and forensic psychology emphasis.
In the beginning of her career, Che served as Protective Services Worker with Child Welfare Services (CPS) for nine years with the County of San Diego, Health and Human Services Agency.
During that time of her career, Che gained a vast amount of professional experience working in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems, as a per diem clinician treating the severely mentally ill population, and as a clinical therapist in a group practice.
