Sessions with me are conversational and interactive and focus on what you want to achieve in therapy.
My goal in sessions is to help you feel comfortable and truly heard so we can begin to explore underlying issues. I am ceritified in perinatal mental health, and specialize in working with individuals experiencing perinatal mood disorders and navigating the enormous life change of becoming a parent.
