I work with a variety of clients with differing ages and cultural and environmental backgrounds. My clients range from ages 12 years old and up. My first priority is meeting the client where they are, mentally and emotionally, and ensuring they feel safe and judgement-free.
I have my Bachelors in Psychology, minor in Child and Family Studies from Baylor University and my Master in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. I have worked with clients focusing on healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, attachment concerns, social skills, assertiveness training, reentry, and daily maintenance of life stressors.
I am passionate about assisting people in getting to know and understand themselves fully. I believe that in order to really live a healthy and successful life, by your own standards, you must first be in touch with The Real You.
