Life brings issues and problems that we all must try and develop coping skills and mechanisms for solving. I am a clinical social worker/Therapist with over 10 years of experience treating and providing service to those with trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, ADHD and co existing emotional imbalances I have worked to treat clients with coping with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self injury, co dependency, adult or children alcoholism, and other stress related disorders. Working together, I assist you in slowing down, and tackling issues to help you better cope. I applaud you for already taking the first step in improving your mental health.
Having worked in several high crisis settings, I am able to assist in treating deep rooted issues that have been troubling you. My therapeutic approach is a collaborative effort between my client and myself, to focus on treatment objectives and achieve progress with in the journey and experience of therapy.
I have worked with patients of all walks of life and circumstances. From the prison setting, nursing homes, homeless shelters and elite country clubs, patients are provided with life and coping skills to better equip them in their daily obstacles. I role play, and do visualizations as needed.
