In my experience, I have learned that “hitting rock bottom” does not mean the end of your life, but rather a chance to rebuild your life the way you want it. Life can get stressful and often leave one “suffocating” from the pressure. It is in those moments that you may need someone to stand in the chaos with you and help you rebuild. Life involves learning and "unlearning" ideals, habits, and ways of thinking. I have an integrated theoretical approach to meet the needs of my clients, however my primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral. I assist clients with understanding how their thoughts influence their feelings and behavior.
I offer structured and unstructured sessions. Structured sessions include tools, discussions, or deep dives into goal related topics for those unsure days, while unstructured allows freedom to choose the topic or direction. This ensures that you are always heard and in control of your experience.
