Hello, here at Children Assessment and Therapy Services LLC , we specialize in Children therapies. Does your child or teen suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, irregulated emotions, or even poor grades ? Your child can learn skills that will help with confidence, affect regulation, and coping strategies. Has your child learned how to do "StarFish" breathing or utilize "Dear Man"? We also encourage and teach Kids Yoga and many other Mindfulness techniques. These are some skills that are practiced daily and are proven helpful in improving grades, social and emotional well being.
Ch.A.T.S. will help your child or teen develop the skills necessary to achieve their highest potential through one-on-one therapy interventions that are Evidence Based. Our approach is Person-Centered. With over 20 years working with children, teens, and families, you will notice an improvement within 90 days or we will re-access your needs and wishes.
