I specialize in treating those with anxiety, worry, perfectionism, OCD, clutter, codependency or relationship issues, eating disorders, overeating and emotional eating, chronic dieting, body image issues, & addiction.
My goal is to help people live intentionally, become more flexible, more connected, & to find satisfaction in each day. I believe it is possible to learn to find contentment within each day.
