Are you looking for a therapist that is trauma wise and educated to walk alongside you in your healing journey? I meet with anyone experiencing distress in their life across different ages, socioeconomics, and presenting problems. I am passionate about creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to process the parts of yourself that have been impacted by trauma and harmful experiences through an integrated approach addressing the brain, body, and person as a whole. Also, mental health services conducted by and for queer BIPOC individuals and communities are scarce, and I am honored to provide more accessibility to people like me
My specialties center around addressing relational, racial, and complex trauma within individuals, couples, and families ranging from ages 8 to 80. I offer traditional psychotherapy, Brainspotting, emotions focused therapy, and an integration of somatic techniques as well.
I’m passionate about being able to bring those parts of yourself that have been hurt, say you are unloveable, or feel unsafe and walk through healing alongside you.
