I employ a solution-focused, strength-based style that is ingrained with various treatment modalities. These modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and parts of Internal Family Systems (IFS). My style is firm yet supportive which encourages accountability while allowing room for growth and progress.
