Hi there, I am Charly and I am so glad you are looking for a therapist. Finding the right person to walk alongside you on this journey can be overwhelming and I hope you find the right person. Achieving your goals and giving you voice and choice is important to me and so is celebrating progress and finding joy and laughter along the way. I believe in providing a safe place to process past hurts, current stressors, or major life transitions without bias or judgment.
Seeing adults 18 years and older, I specialize in mindfulness based, somatic experiencing, and trauma informed approaches. I see a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, postpartum, life transitions, career burnout, vicarious trauma for helping professionals, grief and loss, and dealing with new medical diagnoses.
I have worked with individuals in brief intervention therapy to take quick helpful action and traditional therapy to listen with compassion and find healing for the last 9 years. I offer both styles depending on the issues and goals you bring to me. Lets get the healing and post traumatic growth started!
