Charlotte’s passion for therapy started during her time as a patient care technician in a hospital trauma unit. Much of her time was spent at patients’ bedsides, listening to their stories.
It was this experience that led Charlotte to complete her Master of Science degree in mental health counseling at Suffolk University in Boston, MA. As a clinician, she provides a person-centered approach to therapy with a focus on mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and solutions-focused treatment.
