Divorce Group
This group is for those who are going through a divorce or have gone through a divorce. Divorce can impact individuals in many different ways. This group will utilize tools from CBT to build a healthy framework around divorce. Together as a group we will implement tools to help manage the effects and stress that a divorce can cause. The group will provide a community of individuals who can relate to each other, offer support and provide the space for healing. We look forward to having you join our group!
