I have a Masters of Arts in marriage and family therapy. I am interested in using a trauma-informed approach in working with couples and singles on issues of communication, trust, parenting, anxiety and depression. I have experience working with adults with Substance use as well. I approach therapy through a Christ centered view and offer this approach.
As a Christian, I believe that God redeems the broken places of our lives in a glorious way. Trauma and past pain can often cause us to feel fragmented or maybe not quite ourselves. In our work together we will seek to find your true self the self that God created you to be.You and I will work to engage the whole person to identify treatment goals.
