I see clients in person and online. Our first meeting will be online. I specialize in substance abuse, cancer and health-related issues and trauma. I have experience in the field of substance abuse treatment since 2008. I am also a survivor of stage 3 lung cancer. I strive to meet my clients where they are and gently suggest tools to help achieve the change they are looking for. I truly want to help.
I am trained to utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and EMDR to help reduce overall symptoms of PTSD. I have personal experience with cancer and addiction myself. I understand how challenging acceptance and change can be.
I became a therapist because I wanted desperately to give back to those who so openly offered support when I needed it. I feel blessed to know this is my profession and grateful for the opportunity to help.
