I am most excited to work with members of the LGBTQ+ community. I recognize that many of us have experienced trauma, relationship challenges, and discrimination, and that our healing cannot be separated from our identities. I'm particularly interested in self-image and self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, neurodivergence, and disability.
I take a strengths-based, client-centered, relationship-focused approach to therapy. I focus on personal narratives, identity exploration, and value-aligned behavior in my approach. I also have experience with motivational interviewing and incorporate CBT/DBT skills into my practice.
I believe healing comes from building secure relationships with others, strengthening our coping skills, and developing a deeper understanding of how we see ourselves and the world around us. I find immense joy in seeing people heal and grow, and would love the opportunity to come alongside you in your journey.
