I work with couples, relationships, and families across the full range of gender and sexuality, including folks of LGBTQ+, polyamory / ethical nonmonogamy, and kinky / BDSM experience. Not all clients will want to address any particular issue in therapy. Nevertheless, everyone deserves a therapist who has respect and reverence for them as a whole person.
My style is engaging, collaborative and humanistic. I am a member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and received the Unsung Hero Award from the Bisexual Resource Center. I take a nuanced, whole-person approach to gender, intimacy, and sexuality. I support client sovereignty within the context of valued relationships.
I strongly believe in the value of working with the right therapist, and I know how much time, money, and effort it can take to find that person. Because of that, I don’t charge for initial consultations unless you decide to come back for a second session.
