Hi, my name is Dr. Charles Quinn. I am a retired military soldier and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I served in the military for 25 years and have been in the field of counseling for over fifteen years. I have had great opportunities working with clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, and loss, past traumatic experiences, conflict resolution, self-injury, bullying, and others issues. The modalities that I incorporate within my sessions are Cognitive-Behavioral, and Emotion Focused Interventions.

It is important to meet the client where they are and tailor a specific program that addresses their unique concerns and needs. I practice from a perspective of compassion, acceptance, and building trust. It takes courage to journey through the counseling process, and I recognize the challenges of change. Psychotherapy can be very enlightening and rewarding.
