These sessions may focus on unresolved traumatic events, and sessions for adults with unresolved childhood trauma (sexual, physical, emotional, or neglect). I also offer 6 to 8 sessions teaching anger/communication management skills, 6 to 8 sessions on Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation for anxiety and depression,
EMDRIA approved EMDR Therapist, Certified Anger Management Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certificate Teaching Mindfulness.
