With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I work to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges and work toward their goals. I understand that each person is complex and unique, and I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client.
I am a second career therapist who believes in our ability to overcome our limitations, pain, and suffering. As the old adage goes, pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. In addition to working with individual adults and couples, I also provide workplace coaching helping executives and employees navigate the challenges in the workplace.
