I received my Master of Science Degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2004. I'm licensed in the State of Tennessee as a Professional Counselor (LPC/MHSP) and nationally certified as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC). I'm also credentialed as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for the US Department of Transportation (DOT) and have completed Gottman Level 1 training.

I'm particularly interested in helping people meet their personal and relationship goals. I try to meet people where they are at in life at a given time and help them navigate life's stressors.
