There are times in life when we all could use some help. I approach clients from a highly individualized, strengths-based perspective. My counseling philosophy is grounded in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which helps clients identify and commit to their values; and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), which helps clients reframe patterns of negative thinking.
I have extensive experience with individuals who experience anxiety and those whose lives have been impacted by traumatic events. My work with couples focuses on restoring trust and appreciation for one another. My professional development includes intensive training in couples counseling and advanced grief and trauma therapy.
