I am a collaborative, relationally-oriented counselor who strives to create a warm environment filled with genuine acceptance of you, no matter where you are in life. If you are tired of wasting your energy on so called problem areas with little to no improvement and would like to figure out a way to use your strengths to address these challenges, I would love to work with you.
Clients from a variety of backgrounds have taught me there is more than one way to approach a situation. Therefore, in addition to traditional talk therapy, I often integrate practices of mindfulness, spiritual exploration, and experiential and creative counseling methods such as play and sand tray therapy.
