Charity specializes in Neurodivergent-Affirming Care, Religious Trauma, Grief & Loss, and Life Transitions. While assisting all clients as they overcome anxiety, depression, and traumatic life events. Overall, her work centers around affirming the experiences of marginalized communities, and empowering them as they heal.
Charity is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, and in her practice these modalities are informed by Multicultural and Feminist Therapies.
