Hello, I am Charity, a licensed psychotherapist. I treat individuals and families across the lifespan who are navigating emotional and behavioral difficulties, lifecycle transitions, and trauma. I provide compassionate care in a safe and trusting environment. I also challenge my patients to better understand themselves through behavioral patterns and interpretations, and support them in exploring the necessary changes that may improve themselves and their relationships. My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and relational, structured from the evaluation process of getting to know you and building therapeutic rapport.
I am trained in various therapeutic modalities, drawing from a psychodynamic lens, focusing on attachment, IFS, psychoanalysis, trauma care and recovery. I treat a range of conditions from anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties by helping to process intrapsychic conflicts, strengthening self-esteem and confidence, and managing symptoms.
My aim is that together, we will explore your process of continued development of growth and personal resilience, your self-discovery, your healing, and the achievement of your goals.
