My name is Dr. Chari Joseph, a licensed Psychologist in the state of California. I have collaborated with those in recovery from disorders such as Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Bipolar I & II, Generalized Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment, Separation, Attention Deficit & Hyperactivity and interpersonal issues. I am a person centered therapist that understands the client is the expert of their experiences while incorporating motivational interviewing, solution focused, EFT, CBT, DBT,ACT and IPT into treatment. I am an advocate of meeting clients where they are and working at a pace of comfort while promoting change.
I provide my clients with a safe non judgmental space to process their difficulties while collaborating to identify effective coping skills. I am a person centered therapist that understands the client is the expert of their experiences.
The first session is an introductory session in which I will introduce myself and answer any questions about myself or therapy. We will discuss consent paperwork and limits of confidentiality.
