I understand that life brings unexpected transitions. During these transitions people sometimes need someone to help facilitate change, someone to listen without judgment, or voice their thoughts in order to gain a fresh perspective. My experience working in several inpatient hospitals has provided experience that helped me develop and hone effective counseling techniques and become familiar with counseling people of all walks of life. Experience includes: working with active military personnel, couples, struggles with chronic addiction, suicidal thoughts, and psychosis. I enjoy working with both adolescents and adults.
I believe the goal in counseling is to help those in crisis, navigate through grief, anger, confusion, and those who feel out of control to gain control. My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I use Bowen Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a humanistic approach. I specialize in trauma informed care and with those struggling with PTSD.

We are a group of faith-based therapists who work with children / preteens / teens/ adults / couples. We offer telehealth services across the state, as well as 'in person' sessions in Highlands Ranch and Colorado Springs. We contract with a state program, offering 6 free sessions ( ages 5 - 18).
