I have advanced training in sex therapy so other areas may include developing intimacy/sexual self care practices, communication and conflict repair, and learning how to create new relationship agreements.
I enjoy a down to earth approach, and believe whole heartedly in creating a relaxing, safe, and authentic space for all people to create collaborative partnerships which will foster positive change. When you come into a session I aim to meet you where you are at, and support and encourage you while you cultivate the tools and knowledge you need to thrive.
