My therapeutic approach focuses on taking action, either by setting and accomplishing tasks, or improving insight and outlook. My approach varies based on individual need, however Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Informed therapy are the most common.
