I specialize in working with young children, adolescents, and teens and helping them navigate through trauma, tough transitions, depression, anxiety, and pretty much everything that comes along with being a kid! I use play therapy to help children express their emotions and help solve problems that may be hindering their ability to flourish. I am passionate about building relationships and connecting with every client!
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR to help children and teens process through traumatic experiences. I also trained in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and have years of experience providing ABA to children with autism.
