It is my desire to assist you in learning how to respond appropriately to triggers for better emotional control and to address unresolved trauma that has left you feeling low, empty, and ashamed. I will incorporate biblical/Christian principles, if requested.
I have extensive knowledge in working with minority populations. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you're able to openly explore your challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. We then identify the necessary steps to move forward.
As your therapist, I will purpose to be empathetic to your challenges. I will assist you in identifying and developing the right coping skills to recover and take control of your life. I will take a collaborative and integrative approach in helping you to start living a better quality of life.
