It takes alot of courage to acknowledge the need for therapy, and so I welcome you as you take your first step on this journey towards self-discovery and inner healing.
You will find that getting therapy is like asking for help when working on a jigsaw puzzle. It can be difficult to complete the puzzle independently but my aim is to guide you and support you as you find the pieces to your life and fit them all together. You will gain new insight on who you are, and your capabilities.
Throughout the process, I will be there to give you empathy, warmth, and insight sprinkled with patience through your puzzle journey. You will have opportunities to identify, understand, and cope with issues that bother you and that you can't quite articulate, but throughout our journey together you will see progress.
