I am a therapist at Mindbodyology - Integrative Mental Health & Wellness. I am a trauma informed and "tuned in" therapist, making me a caring and supportive clinician. I am focused on ensuring that individuals feel safe to discover their true selves, develop resilience and can navigate their futures in healthy and optimistic ways. I have a unique integrative approach. My experiences, education and training have made me the ideal therapist for teens, individual adults and couples who want to grow in positivity, build self-esteem, learn how to manage life’s stressors and navigate challenging interpersonal relationships.
I specialize in working with adults, couples, and teens dealing with a variety issues such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, transitional life issues (aging, separation, divorce, empty nest), anger management. I also specialize in integrative approaches such as Yoga Therapy, Sound Bowl Meditation and Eco Therapy (Walk Therapy in nature/hiking trails.
I am available for office visits at 2 locations in Vista and in San Marcos CA. I also facilitate phone and online video counseling.
