Through out the journey of life we are faced with obstacles and challenges. I am passionate about helping people find the inner peace and fulfillment we all seek by assisting you in acquiring tools for self-growth, for reducing anxiety and depression and for improved relationships. The process can be extremely rewarding and life changing!
Combining several modalities my approach is custom-tailored to each individuals needs. I have experience working with couples, families, adults, adolescents and children. I have extensive training in Couples Counseling. I am a certified PAIRS Trainer (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills) as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
I know how frightening it can be to reach out for help but I am here to listen with compassion and to help you navigate through your journey and achieve your goals. I try to accommodate my clients' hectic schedules by offering sessions all times of the day, evenings as well as weekends.
