As a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in anxiety and depression resulting from life or relational transitions, couples work, and spirituality/religion. I love working with clients not only on thoughts, feelings, behaviors, patterns, and symptoms but also somatically. Working holistically, including all of you in sessions: mind, body, and even spirit is a passion of mine but of course not a requirement. Above all else, my sole intention is to help you on your healing journey, so please come as you are!
Every person has different needs, which is why I don't work the same way with each client. I don't believe in cookie cutter therapy. I do believe that you can accomplish your goals, work towards change, and ultimately be the best version of you.
