For me, the combination of exercise and counseling is the best possible pathway towards helping my clients "feel better". Feeling better can come either through counseling or through exercise. My goal is to help you be successful through both.
As a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, along with my team of licensed counselors, we combine traditional counseling theories, life coaching and personal training to help you gain balance in your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
With my unique background, I realize the limitations of therapy alone for someone struggling with anxiety and depression. As humans, we are multilayered and require an approach that considers the whole individual. Therefore, to optimize both physical and emotional well being we need to deal with the mind as well as the body.
