I offer in-person and virtual sessions for individuals, couples, and families. I have experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, addiction issues, relationship and parenting stress, and past trauma. I believe that therapy is beneficial for any person who is experiencing dissatisfaction or distress in their life. I approach each person knowing that they will have complex and unique life experiences, and work to provide treatment that best supports their goals.
I use several treatment methods including CBT, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and insight-oriented psychotherapy based on client need and preference. I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, an evidence-based intervention to address behavioral problems in children ages 2.5-6 years old.
Starting therapy can bring up a lot of emotions. I value the effort and courage it takes to consider starting therapy. I believe that building a safe and trusting therapeutic space can allow people to do meaningful work towards a rich life.
