I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Virginia who believes that a tailored mix of experiential processes and existential discussions can contribute to a greater awareness of self and a more meaningful life. I work best with adults who feel stuck, trapped or left behind and are also willing to to take healthy, manageable risks that can open new doors to their future.
Some of the approaches I use include clinical hypnosis, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and psychodrama.
Having worked with a wide range of adult clients as individuals and in groups, I view therapy as an act of co-creation that encourages openness, humility, courage and humor to foster self-esteem, competence, restoration and meaning.
