Counseling is deeply personal and relational in nature. I strive to create a place of safety and hope for all those who would seek counseling with me. I work to maintain a trauma informed and multicultural practice; meaning that I understand and am sensitive to the effects of trauma as well as the impact that culture has on the lives of my clients. As such I endeavor to practice in a way that welcomes and embraces individuals from all different backgrounds.
I counsel using a variety of counseling theories and will always try to meet my clients with an approach that meets their needs. As a counselor it is my job to walk alongside my clients as they journey towards their goals and to offer support, education, encouragement, and safety as they go.
