I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, work, social, health and school issues, as well as many other life events. My wide range of experience includes working with adults, couples, adolescents, and the family unit. I specialize to help those who have experienced traumatic experiences.
I am trained in EMDR to help adults that have experienced traumatic life events. Also, I am certified by the state of Michigan in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) to help adolescents who have gone through traumatic life events.
