I am a licensed professional counselor who works with adults and couples. I help those with depression, anxiety, and stress management, along with other adjustment issues. Working and helping others since 2010, I am well versed in positive psychology as well. My clinical approach is a flexible one, as I apply a range of modalities that best serves you. In treatment, strategies that we work on are learned are developed to help you reach your goals.
