I have learned/utilized full scale Chippewa Cree tribal practices to provide culturally responsive approaches to mental health in the tribal community. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, past traumas and EMDR
I have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is non-judgemental, empathetic and supportive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity and equality and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels
