I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Mental Performance Coach (CMPC). As the previous Director of Counseling and Sport Psychology for UNLV Athletics, and previously an Athletic Psychologist for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, I specialize in providing both mental health counseling and mental skills training services to teenagers and adults with athletic or high performance backgrounds. However, I also provide counseling for those that do not identify with athletic or performance backgrounds, and treat a wide range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, career concerns, and relationship distress.
My goal is to help you develop self-knowledge, skills, and habits that can improve your confidence, resiliency, and relationships. We will collaboratively work to identify your long-term goals and values, create challenges to work towards outside of sessions, and explore how your history influences your current behavior and beliefs.
