I work with clients using an integrated approach of interventions and strength-based strategies to initiate healing and wellness. I increase insight and awareness of one's thoughts, feelings and beliefs and how it impacts behavior. My goal is to provide an opportunity for individuals to improve their quality of life and be their authentic selves.
