I understand that clients want to feel heard with a sense of empathy and understanding. I have provided trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, and emotional support for managing mental health symptoms. I create a safe space for my clients to express their feelings and I provide positive feedback.
We all go through changes and sometimes those changes are difficult to cope with. You do not have to struggle; you are not alone. I specialize in helping people reframe their thinking in order to overcome past traumatic experiences, familial conflict, and low self-esteem.
