I offer a holistic view of therapy nestled within a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings as we identify the problem, set goals and work toward accomplishing your goals. I am trained in multiple theories of psychotherapy which enables me to use whatever approach works best for you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping you deal with stress, anxiety and life transitions. I offer teens, adult and couples/marriage therapy. My experience as a school counselor helps me understand the challenges adolescents and their parents may experience from time to time.
