My approach to therapy is grounded in evidenced-based practices that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy and positive psychology to effectively address emotional and behavioral concerns. My area of expertise includes addressing an array of life challenges that include, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, career and concerns.
